Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back to us. We will not be liable in case of lost package for returns. All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers.
 
EXCHANGE / RETURN
There will be no refund, return and/or exchange for wrong purchase/change of mind.  

AN INCORRECT ITEM
We apologise for mailing an incorrect item. Please email us within 5 calendar days upon shipping of items (i.e., shipment notification email) with the following information:

A) Order ID and Item(s) purchased.
B) Clear front picture of the package
C) Clear rear picture of the package showing the barcode and description of the incorrect item.
 
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND
  1. Order made with promotional codes, discount vouchers, gift cards/vouchers, store credits are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Sale item/s such as accessories (eg. carrier gift bags, pouches, boxes, container), are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  3. Proof of purchase is required when making any return/exchange/refund request.
  4. Return will only be accepted for item(s) in its original condition (not opened, tampered, torn and/or damaged).
  5. A one-for-one replacement will be carried out. Alternatively, you could drop by our shop for an immediate replacement. Please bring along the item and purchase order receipt for verification.
  6. If the item is no longer in stock, a credit voucher equal to the value of the product (less postage fees, promotion discount) will be issued to the customer. Validity will be for 10 calender days from date of issue and there will strictly be no extension of validity period.
  7. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the remaining value on another item. Please note that any remaining value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference.
  8. All items will be inspected upon return. If the item is found to be not eligible for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer.
  9. Should such parcels not be claimed within 7 calender days from the date of notification email, the affected order will be forfeited without prior notice. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any unclaimed rejected packages after the stipulated timeframe; no refunds will be made.
  10. Any exchange will be entertained only once per order (invoiced).
  11. Do note that there will be no reservation for any exchange item.
  12. We will monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
